1. Basic technical parameters
Input voltage: AC 42V Max Output voltage: DC 14.5V*2
Protection level: IP56 Maximum Output current: DC 5A*2
Second, the basic working principle:
When the battery is underpowered, connect the charger to start 5A charging, and the green indicator is on. When the battery terminal voltage is charged to 14.5V, the charger will automatically switch to floating charging, and the yellow indicator is on. When the load is powered, the charger automatically switches to normal charging to complete the above cycle.
Iii. Work instructions:
Red light on: alarm indication, battery reverse connection or open circuit
Green: charging indicator, battery charging;
Yellow light: Full indicator, battery full
Iv. Wiring sequence:
Connect the red output line to the positive terminal of the battery, and the blue output line to the negative terminal of the battery.
Connect the input line to the AC42V input power supply and power off.
V. Precautions:
1) Do not reverse the positive and negative terminals of the charger output;
2) Do not connect the battery to the input end of the charger;
3) The charger can be charged in series according to the diagram, or the battery can be charged separately;
4) If the charger alternately flashes yellow and green, it indicates that there is a problem with the battery, please change the load test.
